The Omega J8006 Nutrition Center is a masticating style juicer. Sometimes referred to as a low speed juicer, the Nutrition Center processes at 80rpm, whereas most other juicers process at a speed of 1,650 to 15,000rpm. The low speed protects and maintains healthy enzymes, prevents oxidation and allows juice to be stored up to 72 hours without degradation. The GE Ultem Auger is 8x stronger than most other plastics and the powerful gear reduction is equivalent to a 2HP Motor. The dual stage juice processing system extracts the maximum amount of juice from fruits, vegetables, leafy greens, even wheatgrass! You can also use the nutrition center to turn nuts into nut butters (an all-natural peanut butter), make baby food from natural, fresh ingredients, whip up soy milk, extrude pasta, grind coffee and spices, and mince herbs and garlic. When I was prescribed to stick to a diet including everyday drinking of fresh juices there appeared an urgent need in buying a really good juicer. I checked dozens of models designed by various well-known manufacturers on Amazon and read hundred reviews and finally decided to purchase to the Omega J8006 Nutrition Center Commercial Masticating Juicer. So far I am very satisfied with this unit and ready to share my personal feedback.
Well, the first thing which comes to mind during describing the Omega J8006 model is its practical appliance – this juicer is extremely easy to exploit and it seems very solid and powerful mainly thanks to the efficient motor. You know, sometimes juicers make extracts with foaming, personally I didn’t like to drink such juices. Well, the Omega J8006 produces extracts without any foaming and thanks to the integrated dual-level juicing systems the extracts appear to be very nutritious and at the same time free from peel’s leftovers. The unit is a high quality product, so I do not think that its price will be a waste of money.
Besides the mentioned qualities, the Omega J8006 juicer is equipped with the auto-pulp ejection for prolonged juicing. But most of all I like in this the model that it works really quietly which is another advantage because I have a little daughter and the kitchen appliances working too loudly are not acceptable. Another great thing is that the manufacturer provides the 10-year warranty for this unit and comparing to other items I saw on Amazon and eBay this is so far the best offer.

It was also good to find out this juicer works not just quietly because it was not projected as most centrifuge juicers but also it is extremely simple for cleaning. Its parts are small and easy to detach and wash. Plus there were no any strange worthless parts like crannies within the mechanism where veggies and fruit could get stuck. The Omega J8006’ model is of 4 main parts – the shoot to place fruits, the blade, grinder and the collector. It has the simple and at the same time sophisticated design for those who doesn’t like cleaning up.
I also like this juicer is very solid, I heard my friend’s juicer cracked in three days of intensive usage. I suppose that when it comes to longevity the juicers by Omega are the best ones. I would definitely recommend it to all my friends who also like an idea of being on a healthy and nutritious diet involving drinking of juice extractions made of different small and large veggies (even carrots) and fruits.
Summing up all its positive qualities I should say the best thing I like about the Omega’s juicer is its refined design and easy to clean up interior. The well-projected mechanism produces juices of high quality without any leftovers and foam. Comparing this unit with my previous juicer I should say the Omega’s model is smarter, more compact and thousands times better when it comes to the noise level it produces. This kitchen unit became irreplaceable in my family only after few weeks of using. I suppose this is going to be my best investment in kitchen appliances I made this year.
